Safety guidelines during service

PET on board ONLY

Pets must be kept in travel cages provided by their owners. We don't want your pets to feel obligated to share the scent from others, neither to compromise safety of the driver to attend to your pets at difficult time.

pet & owner ONBOARD

We welcome pet owner to sit in for the ride together. But for dogs they have to be controlled for the safety of driver. You may option to put them in travel cages or not, since you are around to take care of business. We can raise the slack level abit.

NO food and drinks

We are just providing a pleasant journey for the customer next in queue, who knows it might be you. Bear with us to keep it spick and spank, unless is a total emergency that food has to be given thenwe will have to close one eye to it.

maintain order

We lay our hope of safety with you during our short journey. Minimizing distraction is necessary because FTSG drivers are just as inquisitive and might not look onto the trafficroad ahead in time.

Your trust is as good as our sincerity

We trust you as much as you do.
